 ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING  

 Similar to Ether's PROGRAMMED GROUP TRAINING class, a program is designed specifically for you,  based on the information gathered from your initial Assessment.

Each Personal Training session is 60 minutes in length. One hour, 2-3 times per week spent  TRAINING: learning to safely and effectively perform exercises that elicit maximum results! From a  basic Triceps Extension, to the more complex Deadlift, your Coach is with you for  every rep, to ensure you reach your goals efficiently and pain-free.
