 PROGRAMMED GROUP TRAINING  

 The first step is a consultation where we take a snapshot of your overall health (sleep, nutrition, etc.),  and assess your ability to perform select functional movements. We then use this information to tailor  your training program, and prepare you to excel in a motivated group environment.

 Each group training class is 60 minutes in length. One hour, 3  times per week where you complete a distinct warm-up, followed by an intense individualized workout alongside a group of equally driven members. Our goal is to have everyone training on the same level,  achieving incredible results, together!
